Yes, our products are formulated with clinically proven ingredients and are dermatologically tested. However, we always recommend performing a patch test before full application to ensure compatibility with your skin.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a unique tracking ID. You can use this ID on our website's 'Track Order' page to see real-time updates.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for products that are received in a damaged or defective condition. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened skincare products.
Does Earth Rhythm test on animals?
No, we are a strictly cruelty-free brand. None of our finished products or raw materials are tested on animals at any stage of the production process.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India.
